hello again.
I want to put egg in my fried rice. I'm new at this. The last few times I just cooked the egg separately... mixed it up first with a little water, then spread it out in a frying pan and didn't touch it while it cooked... then shreaded it by hand and put it in the rice.
any other ideas? how do you do it? if you put the raw egg directly in the rice while cooking the fried rice part (rice already cooked), how do you keep the egg in little pieces and NOT just coating the rice? when do you put the egg in the frying rice step if at all? how do you stir it? should I wait a few minutes first? thanks very much.
