Sure. It's easy!
Shuck the corn. Clean off the silk. Rinse.
Place one to four ears of corn in a glass dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Be sure there is a little bit of water in the pan. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes per ear, turning over once. Since the corn cooks from the core out, it will stay hot much longer than boiled corn which cooks outside in.
Enjoy!

Sadly Microwaving is the worst way to cook food and it destroys many of the nutrients as well as the taste in the food so it best to leave microwaving to must have it now and rewarming food so I recomend steaming corn on the cob.

I microwave corn on the cob
just put the whole thing in (husk and all)
put each cob in for about 6 min each
husk them when they are done (be careful they are HOT)

I use the microwave for the corn almost every time. I just add about 2tbs of water to the bowl and nuke it for 5 minutes. I turn the corn over and go 5 minutes more.

You can moisten the husk and put the whole thing in. Or you can put a cob in wrapped in a wet paper towel. You could also put it in a microwavable dish with a lid and a bit of water.

I actually just wet it under the faucet (rinse it off), wrap it in plastic wrap-then micro for one minute a minute at a time until done.
depending on your microwave-you may need to do it longer

peel most of the outer leaves off except the last sleeves, take all the hair off, put outer sleaves back up and nuk for about 3 min. depending upon the power of your microwave
