Cube it and use it as the meat in Chili.

Cut it in strips and cook it with sauteed onions and mushrooms in gravy then server it with potatoes. If you add sour cream to that it becomes stroganoff then serve it with egg nooldes.

TENDERIZE TENDERIZE TENDERIZE!!!!!

Try Worchestershire Sauce with Montreal Steak Spice and a bit of meat tenderizer for maybe an hour before cooking... and cook on a pretty high temp (BBQ better) for opnly a couple of minutes each side (unless it is thick)...
