I remember back in the days when Yaohan is operating, you can buy uncooked patties made from real beef. If you are thinking of a home burger party, then nothing beats buying minced beef and getting the recipe in the net. Ever figure out the phrase "where's the beef comes from"? Factory processed patties are unwholesome, typically taken from poor quality cattle that are sold cheaply to prisons, military institutions, fast food companies. Burgers nowadays have non-beef bulking agents added and with beef flavor to enhance whatever taste that is left, hence the strong but unnatural taste. But if you still want to go about it, then head to Malaysia and order from Giant Ramili patties in frozen packages.
