What is a creative, yet yummy dish I can make with the leftovers? All that was in the crock was the roast, gravy, and cream of mushroom soup.
Help?!

Make a shepherd's pie.
Place the leftovers in a casserole dish, mix 1 egg and 1 chopped green onion (or 1 white onion) in with some mashed potatoes, spread the mashed potato mixture on top of the leftovers and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle top with shredded cheddar cheese. Place back into oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Put what is left back in crock pot and heat again for a couple of hours. Stir it often, Meat will separate into fibres and resulting stuff would look like extremely thick soup, if not add some thickener (flour disolved in cold water) to make it like thick gravy.
Ladle this mix over hot cooked noodles and put some cooked veggies around it.
I call it "Smush" been making it for years.

Beef and noodles. A yummy 'new' leftover dish. Add fresh mushrooms to it, the cooked noodles, top with cheese, and there ya go.

i always like to make sandwiches with the roast, add mayo and bread its always good!
