I made a big batch of fudge on Sunday night and currently have it in my fridge covered in foil. I intend to take it when I travel home this weekend. It seems to be hard as rock in there. Will it still be ok by this weekend? This is the first time I have ever made fudge and I haven't tasted it yet to see if it is even any good (I poured it into disposable foil pans that I will wrap and gift).

I am using a kettle. The make is GEEPAS. I think it is made up of plastic. I dont know the kind and quality of that plastic. I heard that repeated washing and rinsing can cause the plastic to break down and the carcinogens(harmful cancer causing chemical agents) can leak into the water that we are drinking. can anyone help me in this regard?

I am trying to make chocolate and caramel covered pretzel sticks but can't them in the market. I don't want to use regular chocolate chips like the ones hershy makes cuz it takes too long. But it's the this special kind of chip that you use when making chocolate molded lollipops. I have searched in art& craft stores and the food mart (cost too much). I know how to make 'em just dunno where to buy the stuff to make it.

Every year I hand roll-out, cut out and decorate sugar cookies to give to loved ones. I have not mastered the trick to keeping them moist. After they come out of the oven and cool down they always get a little hard but not too hard. I need some ideas on how to keep them moist in the container.

I used to make a bar cookie every Christmas and can't find the recipe. Does anyone have this one? It is a chocolate chip cookie square using white sugar, no brown sugar. I sliced gumdrop spearmint leaves in half and placed them around a maraschino cherry to resemble holly. Each individual piece had its own leaves and cherry. I can't find the full recipe to get the sugar and butter quantities right. The family is asking for it for Christmas!

Something easy as I tend to burn things. I can make 5 minute fudge and put cookie dough on a baking sheet, but I want to be a little more adventurous. Any ideas?
