my little adult men get a small snack (cheerios or crackers) and somewhat cup of milk about a million/2 hour earlier they flow to sleep. They sleep via the evening and do not awaken starving. in the adventure that they do no longer have this snack earlier mattress time they have a less than pressure sleep and wake early starving. My boys devour supper at 5:30 pm and flow to mattress at 8:00 so in the adventure that they did not get the snack at 7:30 I understand why they awaken hungry. i don't recognize if it truly is because they're only use to this snack earlier mattress. sturdy success. Do what you imagine is perfect on your toddler.

Here's one I made up: "Bears in the bed" snack. Spread one slice of bread with peanut butter. "Lay" bear shaped graham cookies across the top of the slice of bread. Trim another slice of bread horizontally for "covers". "Tuck" the bears into bed by covering them up to their chins with the trimmed, plain slice of bread. And now you have "Bears in the bed"! :)
