I make this simple fudge every year that everyone loves. It's smooth and creamy, not gritty like alot of different kinds seem to be. And it's so simple. Melt 18 oz semi sweet chocolate chips in a double boiler and add 1 can sweet condensed milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. stir it up well and pour it in a wax paper lined 9x 9 square baking pan and refrigerate til hard. Dump it out and cut into bite size pieces. Sooo Yummy.

Ting-A-lings.

Melt 2 bags of chocolate chips in a pan and add 1 1/2 cups of peanuts to the chocolate.

Take small handfuls of CHOW MEIN NOODLES and place them in little mounds on a buttered piece of wax paper.

Pour a little bit of the melted chocolate and peanuts in the center of each mound of chow mein noodles.

Stick them in the refridgerator to cool quickly.
You don't want all of the chocolate to slide off of the chow mein noodles.

They should be about 21/2 inches wide.

They are quick, simple and absolutely delicious!

Get the La Choy brand chow mein noodles. They come in cardboard cans in the boxed meals section of the grocery store.

Get 2 large cans or 4 small.

Merry Christmas!
