I'm cooking a roast tonight but I don't know when to put the vegetables in to roast with the meat? Does anyone know? Do I put the vegetables in with the meat at the same time or wait? And do I add oil?

Does anyone know how to make the orange chicken that they sell at the Chinese food places in the mall? They are always passing it out on toothpicks. It doesn't taste orange, but it has an orange colored glaze. I'd really appreciate it if anyone has the recipe.

About 15 years ago we had this recipe of a lemon pudding made with raw eggs and butter spread on bread then you put it in the freezer for about an hour or so and then turned it out and ate it.
Does anyone know the recipe for this?
