I just want to know the conversion.

I have a convection option on my oven. How do i use it. Do i use the normal temp in the convection option?

No conversion is available. You can compare a similar recipe to that of yours or simply call the maker of the product and ask them for advice.

Turn the oven temperature down 10%. If the recipe calls for 350
degrees, set the convection oven down 35 degrees,or just below the 325 degree setting. The cooking time will still be faster, too.depending on what you are cooking. It can be up to 30% faster. so you have to watch it. Invest in an instant read thermometer (about 10 bucks) so you know when things are done. You can find those numbers on line or in some cookbooks.

most ovens have the convection feature as an option.....just don't use it...Convection is just a fan at the back of the oven that circulates the air within to cook faster. If you can't simply set it to "bake" shorten the cooking time by about 25%.

use the setting's or an oven thermometor after it is heated up( you know a little gadget ) and a smaller pan like an 8/8 etc..
