Road Trip Snack Mix
1 (10 ounce) package mini twist pretzels
1 (12 1/2 ounce) box Ritz Bits miniature crackers (or Ritz sticks snack crackers)
1 (9 3/4 ounce) can salted cashews
1 (7 1/4 ounce) package bite-size cheddar cheese goldfish crackers
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
In a very large bowl, combine the pretzels, Ritz bits, cashews, and crackers. (I use my largest roasting pan for this.). Sprinkle evenly with dressing mix, then drizzle with oil. Stir gently but thoroughly until all pieces are well coated. Store in an airtight container.

RANCH PARTY MIX
INGREDIENTS:
1 envelope (approx. 1 ounce) Ranch salad dressing
2 tablespoons dried dill weed
6 cups cereal, a combination of wheat, corn, and rice
1 package (10 ounces) oyster crackers
6 ounces pretzel sticks, broken into 2-inch pieces, or miniature twisted pretzels
1 cup bagel chips, garlic or plain, broken up
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup melted butter
PREPARATION:
Combine dressing mix and dillweed; add cereal, crackers, pretzels and bagel chips. Combine well. Mix oil and butter, then drizzle over cereal mixture, tossing to coat well. Place mixture in a large paper bag and let stand for about 2 hours, gently shaking from time to time.

Original Ranch® Snack Mix - Makes 10 cups mix
Ingredients
8 cups KELLOGG'S® CRISPIX®* cereal
2-1/2 cups small pretzels
2-1/2 cups bite-size Cheddar cheese crackers (optional)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 packet (1 ounce) HIDDEN VALLEY® The Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
Combine cereal, pretzels and crackers in a gallon-size zipper Storage Bag. Pour oil over mixture. Seal bag and toss to coat. Add salad dressing & seasoning mix; seal bag and toss again until coated.

forget the crunchy 'stuff' espcially if young baby's-ect.-are around -try a salad with any fruit you wish -marshmellowws(mini 1's and mix it all up with some nutmeg -cinn. and cool whip merrychristmas to you and yours-good luck

i'm a traditionalist... i like gorp(good old raisons & peanuts) with some m&ms, apricots, granola, and pistachios. This is just one of my favorites, if you don't like... i'm sorry.
