I know what a hard boiled egg is but what is a soft boiled egg?

I took the Monkey bread out of the box to save freezer space. I carefully tore the instructions off the box and placed it with the monkey bread in the freezer, but alas, the instructions are now gone. It comes in a plastic container that looks like a bundt pan. I need to know what temperature to set the oven and for how long.

back in the late 80's early 90's my mum made a tuna rice filler from a issue of family circle (she thinks) it was a hit with all of us kids however mum cant remember the recipe. I think that it had egg, tuna and rice in it but would love to know what eles.
