back in the late 80's early 90's my mum made a tuna rice filler from a issue of family circle (she thinks) it was a hit with all of us kids however mum cant remember the recipe. I think that it had egg, tuna and rice in it but would love to know what eles.

Not sure about what you are refering to as filler. If you are more specific i can ask my mom. She never throws any magazine away. It would give her great pleasure to rifle through them. ( oops, I mean that's a great assignment for her)
