I bought some of that Imitation crab meat, I love it with some melted butter with garlic, or in a salad. But I don't know of any other good recipes. Any Ideas?

and the duck comes with an orange packet. Just what the heck am I supposed to do with that?

I have about three and a half cups of butternut squash left. It is cooked and mashed and needs to be used today. I was thinking about doing a couple pies with it, but am not sure how to do one of them. I am going to do one as a sweet, using a sweet potato pie recipe as the inspiration. But the other one, I want to do as a savory tart. What sort of seasonings would you use in this? Have you seen a recipe for a butternut squash savory tart or quiche before? If so, could you please post it?

There are only two dietary restrictions this time. No nuts or nut products and no lemons or lemon zest.

I have a roast in the freezer that I would truly hate to lose. How long can you keep roast as long as its frozen until use? I guess the best way to phrase it perhaps is how far past the due date can I keep this? Or how long from the date of its cutting and packaging can it last?
