I want to make cheese spread for sandwiches, but I don't have a food grinder. What can I do? Do you think I could just grate the cheese? I think cheese spread is supposed to be smooth, so will this make the cheese pieces too large...Help!!!

My husband remembers a jelly he used to eat as a kid that he swears was called corncob jelly... I have searched and searched for it in stores, checked with the Amish, trade shows, and looked for recipes and it is nowhere to be found. Can anyone help me?

I've eaten tails in restaurants where the meat has expanded over the top of the shell. I know how to cook a tail, just don't know how to make the meat poof up. Do I unattach everything except the end of the tail and lay it on top of the shell? What cooking method do I use to achieve this?

it expires. Could I freeze the remainder? When my kids were infants I prepared their baby food and froze it in ice cube trays for portion control...could I do the same with the sauce? I don't want to keep wasting money, nor do I want to have marinara sauce 5 days in a row :)
If I can freeze it, how long will it be good in the freezer??

the soup is so delicious and the pot is halfway full! It would be a shame to throw it out!! Their are no meats in the soup...chicken bouillion (from a cube) but that's it...what to do?
