I would say that it depended on what you had sicked up in the first place. If you vomitted up a pizza or pasta and sauce etc then surely that would just be reheating.
But if you sickked up raw carrots and then cooked them then yes you would be cooking sick.

Yes you can; just be careful about contamination and infecting the food.

You never know what you can think up when you have a 101 degree fever, it's mind altering. Maybe add a little bit of suagr when sauteing onions or come up with some ingenious way to add chocolate chips to stir fry...

Do you mean can you cook when you are sick? If you mean can you cook vomit, then you are ******* sick.

I saw the guys from jackass swallow loads of stuff, then regurgitate it into a pan, cook it then eat it....it was disgusting!
