I have a young chicken - 5.81 lbs. How long do I bake it and at what temperature in the oven? Any suggestions on what to put on it and what on the side? I was thinking a baked potato.

Im not a big fan of olives, onions or nuts and stuff like that in my chicken salad. My friends grandma makes hers with potatoes and its really good. Does anyone know of a recipe that is tasty but doesnt have all those nasty ingredients in it?

This recipe is phonetically pronounced "Machunka," but I don't know the actual spelling. It's kind of like a soup with lots of tomatoes. My fiance (of Ukrainian descent) mentioned it was one of his favorites but I cannot find the recipe. Thank you!
