You mean cook a frozen Pizza?

Wack it in a 400 F oven on the rack and check every few minutes after 10-12 minutes for desired
doneness.

If from a dough mix, then just add water, mix,
roll out, place on a floured board, add toppings,
slide out onto a hot corn-mealed sheet or stone
and slide into a 400 F oven for 10-15 minutes.

Anywhere from 350-400 deg. You realy only need to cook it until the cheese is completely melted, by then the rest of the pizza should be completely cooked. Start for about 10 minutes and then just watch it until it looks done. The cooking time depends alot on its size. If its larger cook it longer, and if it has a thin crust, it won't take too long to cook.

MMmm...pizza.
Pre heat oven on 425 for about 10 minutes....Place pizza on sheet of aluminum foil and put into oven. Cook for about 15 minutes and then check, if not done keep checking every 5 to 10 minutes as it varies due to different ovens, type of pizza, etc.

preheat the oven to 425. cook pizza for 11-13 minutes or until crust is golden brown, but keep an eye on it as all ovens are a little bit different.

If it's one of those little Totinos sized pizzas 425 for 10-12 mins

If larger, 25-30 mins

Good luck!
