My stepduaghter's grandmother used to make she called "Italian Rice". What ingredients she remembers are rice, ground beef, chicken stock and I think tomato paste. Does anyone have a recipe that resembles this? I'd love to make it for her (her grandmother passed on last year).

My brother and I go to a local Chinese buffet. They have this dish called Seafood Bake which is some of the best stuff I have ever tasted! I know it has crab, shrimp, onions, and maybe bok choy in a creamy white sauce that may be made with cream cheese?? Any ideas??
