Most any meat fish or cheese goes well with cilantro. It is used in Mexican and Asian cooking. You could even make a pesto sauce with it for pasta.

fat free refried beans with salsa and fresh cilantro chopped and mixed together on top of a tosada, sprinkle with cheese and lettuce, and you are done! microwave for about 40-60 seconds per tosada.

Unless you want to add beef which would involve some real cooking time .
