I am contemplating getting my best friend an ice cream maker attachment for his Kitchen Aid mixer for christmas. He is a food stylist, and I am sure he could use it. Anyone ever used one? Are they pretty simple with good results?

My sister has one and we did use it when I visited her. It was easy to use and the ice cream was excellent!

I wish I had one! It has a bowl that you freeze in your freezer, then add your ingredients and put it on the mixer to mix. Sorta like a Donvier ice cream maker, which I have and enjoy.

particular, you'll be able to desire to apply that. I had a handbook ice cream maker as quickly as and that i used the salt for water softners... worked incredibly nicely and it became extra low-priced than the small bags in a food market, yet I had to purchase a extensive bag of it at a time.
