After the turkey is mostly all eaten, I boil the carcass, adding stock as needed then strip all remaining meat off the bones. I then add onions, celery and carrots, simmer until tender and add broad eggs noodles and cook. It's delicious and perfect for cold weather eating.

Thumb print cookies! It was on Barefoot Contessa (A TV show on Food Network). I made them for the first time last year and my nieces and nephews have been begging for them ever since! But they're special to Christmas!

I am better known for my pies. Pecan, Apple, Amaretto Cheese Cake, and my ever popular Three Layer Sex Pie. Yum! I do others, but, those the most in demand.

I love baking strombolis! It's a family tradition I have been doing for years.
If you don't know what they are, they are basically your favorite meats and cheese rolled up into a bread dough. Very yummy.
My favorite flavor is chicken, gorgonzola, mushroom, artichoke.
