Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c hot cayenne pepper sauce
1 c dry bread crumbs
4 boneless; skinless chicken breast
1 nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Place flour, hot sauce and bread crumbs each in its own shallow dish. Dip chicken strips into flour, then hot sauce, then crumbs-coat evenly with each. Place coated strips about 1 inch apart on lightly sprayed cooking sheet and bake for about 8 min. Turn chicken over and spray with cooking spray; cook for 2-3 more minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and breading is golden brown.
Serve with Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressings garnished with
fresh parsley.
Foot note: My wife said "shouldn't that be low fat dressing", ya right, here's your large pizza and Diet Coke

"Buffalo Chicken Wraps" - 4 servings
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup buttermilk
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup butter; melted
4 (10") spinach tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Place buttermilk in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in buttermilk, then roll in flour mixture. In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil for 8-10 minutes or until juices run clear. Drain on paper towels; cut into strips.
In a bowl, combine hot pepper sauce and butter. Dip chicken strips into mixture, coating both sides. Place chicken in the center of each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes; drizzle with salad dressing. Bring up sides of tortillas; secure with toothpicks, if desired.

Buffalo Chicken Strips With Blue Cheese Salad 2 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons ketchup 1 to 2 tablespoons hot sauce 1 1/2 cups (spooned and leveled) all-purpose flour 2 large eggs 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 16 equal-size strips 4 cups vegetable oil Blue Cheese Salad Directions In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in ketchup and hot sauce. Remove from heat; cover and reserve sauce. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 3/4 teaspoon pepper. Sprinkle 1/2 cup flour mixture evenly on a rimmed baking sheet; set aside. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and 2 teaspoons water. In small batches, dredge chicken in flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip chicken in egg mixture to coat, shaking off excess. Dredge chicken in flour again. Place on floured sheet. In a large (5-quart) saucepan, heat oil to 350 degrees on a deep-fry thermometer (a pinch of flour should sizzle when dropped in the oil). Add half the chicken; cook until golden brown, 3 to 6 minutes. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Return oil to 350 degrees. Repeat with remaining chicken. Fold in blue cheese. Add romaine lettuce, carrots, and celery; toss to combine. Serve immediately. 4 servings

Well, I don't have a recipes at this time but look in your local frozen food section. Tyson makes a really yummy one, just the right kick. You can microwave them but they are much better in the over. Little Ranch dressing and you're good to go.

i just use franks red hot sauce an some butter. the recipe is on the bottle. You can buy it at any grocery store

We use "franks red hot" just mix it with some butter to make it less hot. cook your tenders toss them in some of the red hot sauce and there you have it!!!!
