Reuse it if it doesn't leave a wrong flavor with other foods. Once you're done, you can dump it down the drain. Everyone else seems to think it needs to be thrown out in the garbage, but that's only for solid fat. Just run warm or hot water while you dump it to make sure there aren't any cold spots where it might solidify, but I've never had it not go down fine. And, it won't hurt the sewer system. Don't bother trying to get it in the garbage ... that's a big mess!

use a can opener to take of the top of a soda or beer can and pour the oil in there. Then it's less messy to dispose of in the trash.

I would reuse it the 2nd time and toss after. Don't toss it in your drain because it will clog up your drain. if you have a backyard, you can dispose it there or simply put it in a jar and wait until garbage day.

we've always kept old cooking oil in a jar, like an empty mayo jar, under the sink, just pour in the used oil til the jar is full, screw on the cap, throw it in the trash.

I keep old coffee cans or pickle jars with lids and when I'm done with it I pour it in there and then put in the fridge to get hard and then you can just toss in the garbage with no mess.
