I've got some containers with a 5 in a triangle but the lids have a 2 in a triangle. They're the right size for individual servings and I think they are safe for freezing, but what about thawing or heating in the microwave? Tell me please, if you know.

I just found a bread recipe that I want to try, but the ingredient list calls for 1 1/2 lbs. of flour and I do not have a scale; can anyone either convert 1 1/2 lbs. of flour to a volume measurement for me or measure out this weight and tell me how much you got?

Thanks!

My kids really want to help me in the kitchen, and I have a few ideas for them to help. BUT, the recipes for the Rice Krispie treats seem kind of dull. I know that somebody on Yahoo will know the answer!

One suggestion I heard one time was put one piece of celery in the pan but I don't think that helped at all.
