On warm in a crock pot. I do it all the time when I have company.

You can purchase a steam tray at the local restaurant supply (like Smart and final) They come high end in steel or disposable foil. The best bet for noodles is to put out the noodles already sauced to prevent drying or have an assigned cook at the pasta table to add the cold noodles to the sauce as guests come up. Good Luck!

I would say the foil container-just like fantasy.

You wouldn't want them on a burner or anything because it would make them hard and dry.

The key is to keep the sauce hot because when it is poured over the noodles it will make them hotter.

place the noodles in a metal pan with a lid, then place that pan in one of those foil containers full of boiling hot water
