my kids loved this when they were little,,,,8oz milk,,1 big banana,,some sugar to taste and sprinkle cinnamon....awesome and healthy....

I have several you may like:
Apple & Papaya Smoothie
1 banana, 1 papaya( peel & scoop insides), 1/2 lime 3 apples- blend.
Berry Melon Cooler
3 cups strawberries, 2 cups diced watermelon, 1/2 cup pomegranate
juice and 2 (6 oz) containers strawberry or vanilla yogurt-blend.
Berry Surprise
1 cup strawberries, 1 cup pineapple chunks 1/2 cup raspberries
2 tbls frozen limeade concentrate thawed-blend.
Fruit Smoothie
2 bananas (frozen in chunks), 1 orange (sectioned) 8 oz raspberry
yogurt, 1 1/2 tbls honey, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg -blend.
Pineapple Pucker
1 cup oj, 1/2 cup apple juice, 4 pineapple rings, 3 tbls honey, 1/2 tsp
vanilla, 2 tbls nonfat dry milk, 1 banana, 2 cups ice cubes-blend.
They're all simple to make and really healthy and delicious.

Fuzzy-Navel Smoothies:
1 1/2 cups frozen sliced peaches
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/3 cup sliced ripe banana
1 teaspoon sugar
Dash of salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender; let stand for 15 minutes, and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 cup)
