Ingredients :
Spinach 1/2 kg
Paneer 100 grams
Onion 1
Butter 3 tbsp.
Bay leaves2-3
Cumin seeds1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp.
Ginger-garlic paste 3/4 tsp.
Green chilli paste 1/2 tsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil, or butter-fat (ghee) as required.
Method :
1. Mix ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste and some water with spinach. Pressure cook it for about 7-8 minutes (just before the first whistle).
2. Cut paneer into small cubes. Keep 3 cubes separately for decoration.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the paneer pieces on ‘medium’ heat till they turn slightly brown. Set the paneer pieces aside.
4. Heat 2 tbsp. of butter. Fry bay leaves and cumin seeds. Add chopped onion. Fry until the onions become pink.
5. Add salt, black pepper powder, garam masala. Stir well.
6. Add paneer and cooked spinach (grinded). Mix well.
7. Put palak paneer in a baking tray .
8. Add rest of the butter. Bake for 1/2 hour at 180 deg C.
Grate the paneer kept aside for decoration. Decorate.
Palak paneer is ready to serve.

2 bunches palak(spinach), washed and chopped
1/2 bunch methi leaves
3 large tomatoes
5-6 green chillies
5-6 clovettes of garlic
A large piece ginger
For seasoning:
1 onion, chopped finely
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp dhania powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
1 1/2 cups of fried cubed paneer
Method
Chop the palak, methi, tomato, ginger, garlic and green
chillies.
Put it in a large pan with 2 cups of water.
Boil till well done.
This should take about 10 minutes.
Blend the boiled mixture to get a coarse paste.
Heat some oil and fry the onion till well browned.
Now add the spices, stir for a minute and add the
palak paste and salt to taste.
Add fried paneer pieces and heat through.
Serve hot with chapati/nan/plain rice.

for 5ppl take 500gms of paneer, 4medium onions,5medium tomatoes,palak two bundles.
masaala: clove3,tej patta 2 medium,taj 1small stick,kasuri methi 1 small spn,dhania powder 3tb spn,chilli pwdr 2spns,haldi 1/2 tb spn.oil4 spns it want masaledar or only 1 1/2 spoons.salt to taste,garam masala n everest kitchen king masala u get in the market
first chop onion ,tomatoes n 5 garlic take a deep pan on medium flame add oil thn add hing(asphatodia) 2 pinch ,add onion stir till thy gt golden add tomatoes whn thy get mixed up well stand it till cool n blen the pury
now take a pan add oil n all the masala liketaj , clove , tej patta n add pury to it whn starts boilin add water add all the masala n paneer ,keep6-7 pieces asidefor garnishing now at the end add pury of palak now add salt and allow it to cook fr 10 mins if paneer is fried other wise do all the preparation in the pressure coocker n close it till it leaves air 1ce. now crush those paneer pices n springle with coriender leaves............ my english is bad hope u got it right

Paneer(cottage cheese) - 200 gm
Spinach - 2 bunches

(chopped)

(make them into a puree)
Milk - 1/2 cup
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation Method
1)Wash and boil spinach leaves in minimum water for about 8 mins.
2)Grind the boiled spinach into a coarse form.
3)Cut the paneer into cubes and deep fry till golden brown.
4)Heat oil in a pan.
5)Add onion and saute.
6)When they change the color, add the ginger-garlic paste and chilly powder and fry for 1 min.
7)Add tomato puree and cook, till oil leaves the sides of the pan.
8)Add the garam masala powder and spinach. Mix well.
9)Add milk and let it cook till it is of a thick consistency.
10)Add salt.
11)Add the paneer cubes just before serving.

Wash the palak, methi, crush it, boil it with minimum water according to palak quantity then mix in mixer grinder after boil it when become mixture then cut onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, tomato.
take a pan drop all the mixture of onion , ginger, etc....... when it comes golden then add the paste of palak, methi. mix it smoothly. drop pieces of cheese mix it gently then serve with nan/roti etc

-half inch ginger crushed
-150 gm paneer cubes
-1/2 teaspoon red chili powder.
-2gm garam masala powder
- - pinch of turmeric

Method==
First wash the spinach leaves. Boil enough water in the vessel. when it comes to boil dip some leaves in it and count 12. Now take out the leaves and dip them in cold water. You will see the colour of the spinach is green. This way do to all the leaves.Now take tomato and dip it in boiling water for 1 minute and then in cold water. remove the skin. Chop it or you may grind it in mixer. Grind the spinach in mixer. Heat oil in kadai. deep fry paneer cubes till little brown. take out from oil and dip them in water to which little turmeric powder is added. Now in the vessel take little oil. heat it. add ginger, garlic and chili paste( coarse). Add ground spinach. add tomato paste. Add red chili powder, salt and 2gm garam masala powder. When it comes to boil add paneer cubes and cook for 1 minute. Don't forget to add all your love. Garnish and serve with smile.

wash the spinach thoroughly,cut them small pieces blanch them in the water,careful nnot to loose the color,make a fine paste,keep aside.saute the chopp onion and garlic,with ginger and greenchilly,add garam masala pwd.chilly pwd.add spinach paste bring to boil.add paneer and serve.
