soak i kg of raw rice in water with little salt and soak for 2 hours . how gring it in a grinder or blender till it is a fine paste (very fine ) add some jeera salt to tast and some lomon juce . leave it over hight . hext day on top of banana leaves cut to shapes apply a thin layer and steam mildly for a few min and it is ready, peel it of the leafs and eat it with any thing
