I have a wonderful recipe for Banana Nut Muffins that calls for 2 bananas... The muffins come out moist and sticky, but if I bake the same batter in a loaf tin it comes out good, but no where near as moist and the top is not sticky at all. I presume this is from having to almost double the baking time to ensure it is done all the way. What can I add to make the loaf come out as moist and sticky as the muffins? Will adding 1 or 2 bananas to the recipe help?

I wanted to make stew for dinner sometime soon...My mom is gone on vacation and my dad has to work during the week, so I figured simmering a stew for a while in a crock pot would be a good idea.

I plan on putting in meat, potatoes, carrots, and onions for sure, but what else is good in stew?

I lost a recipe I had for a white fudge type candy. All I can remember is that it had candied cherries, walnuts and sour cream, and of course sugar in it. It set firm, like hershy's old fashion fudge. Does anyone know how to make it?

Well, I've got it. It's fast and easy and can be made in just 10 minutes.

It's called the Pudding Pie Whip Creme Supreme. (Yes, I know not a very catchy title, but it works)

What you'll need:

-Jello brand instant pudding mix
-Ready made pie crust
-Whipped cream

1. Have the pie crust put into a pan, about the size of a regular sized plate. (You can buy the pie crust at the baking part of the grocer's)

2. Following the directions for the pudding, instead of normal milk, use skim. 2 cups. Mix. (Because that's kind of the point of the healthiness)

3. Let the pudding settle and pour into the pie crust.

4. Let it set in the fridge overnight. (It'll taste better)

5. Serve in pieces, with a blob of whipped cream on top. Mm!

It's a really good thing to make. Have the kids pitch in. It's fun! :) Not only does it taste good for the kids, it tastes good for the adults too. :)
