Yes you can make some egg dishes in microwave. One that I have made many times is eggs for sandwiches.

Just put a cracked egg in a micro-safe bowl, add Salt and pepper and a splash of milk. Stir and microwave for about 60 secs.(Make sure it doesn't look runny in the middle!) When it's done, put on a slice of toast and add cheese if you'd like and top with another piece of toast. (You can also add shredded cheese before cooking if you'd rather.)

You might want to spray the bowl with non-stick cooking spray to make it come out of the bowl easier.

This makes a SUPER-FAST breakfast and is easy to eat on the run!

only scrambled. Dont try to make an over easy egg. It will explode. My kids love microwave "eggies" just crack 1 or 2 eggs in a bowl, ( spray it with cooking spray, its easier to clean. otherwise, it sticks like mad) add a little milk, or water.maybe a little butter if ya like. Mix well, microwave for 3 minutes, stirr, then microwave for 2-3 more minutes, just until theres no more "runny" add cheese, or eat however you like. DONT over microwavem cuz then they'll be hard.

Yes, but keep a watch on them! They tend to cook quickly and bubble and explode! There are cerain containers sold to cook eggs better in the microwave, like the Egg Wave! Also, eggs tend to stick to whatever you're cooking them in. It's really going to take a lot of scrubbing to get it off afterward!

A microwave egg poacher is great and very cheap. I would not put in a whole egg though, even with the shell of. IT WILL EXPLODE and make a yukky mess!
