This is my FAVE--the flavor is wonderful:
2 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (more if you want it spicier), 1/2 tsp garlic powder.

I've used this probably 20 times--perfect every time!

This one from All Recipes is pretty classic:
Hugh's Dry Rub SUBMITTED BY: Hugh
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup paprika
3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
5 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
6 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons onion powder
6 tablespoons salt
2 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine the paprika, cayenne pepper, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, oregano, and thyme. Mix well, and store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.

You could also change it up with some rosemary or lemon zest pretty much any flavor you want to add to make it more your own.
