This's happened to me before, and I went along wtih the cake and it turned out fine. But if you really need to add a little more moisture; some oil or even water might do.

A tablespoon of mayo, or a bit more oil... but don't try it if you have less than two eggs cause the cake won't hold together.

2 eggs will work, just add a couple of tablespoons of milk to make up for the moisture in the egg

Add a tablespoon of Mayo.(Mircle Whip) It has egg in it and it will make the cake moist.

Don't worry, the eggs are just the binder, they say three just in case people use small eggs, adding water doesn't add moisture, it evaporates away
