I bought one and tried to make one but i think it did it wrong... ok ok i KNOW i did it wrong. it says to thraw? 8-10 hours? i dont get it.

The past few times I've made brownies, they've been too gooey to even try to eat. I always do the toothpick trick....brownies are done when a toothpick that you insert into the brownies comes out clean. Before these past few times, my brownies have always turned out great so is there something that I'm doing wrong? What can I do to ensure that my brownies don't come out gooey the next time I bake?

Try this recipe:

ingredients

at least a cup or more of mini marshmallows, or half cup of big ones, any amount

a bar of hershey's chocolate

melt marshmallows, and cocolate, any way u want stove or microwave (Microwave 20 secs keep close eye.)

stir together and then pour onto parchment paper

put into fridge for a min or so,

cut enjoy

I love to bake and would like to attend a culinary institute. I know it would also be helpful to have a college degree in something else to start my own shop but what would be the best degree. Also is it possible to attend a four year college and culinary institute at the same time?
