Depends on the fish you like.
More dense-swordfish, halibut, shark
Light - tiliapia, whitefish, cod
Then there is also salmon, orange roughy, tuna
So, depending on what type of fish, depends on how you make it.
But, whichever fish you make, have a nice rice pilaf, veggie, rice and white wine (if you like wine).

Salmon Patties
1 can salmon, bones removed
1 egg, beaten
1/4 onion, minced
1/2 sleeve saltines, crushed fine
1/2 tsp seasoning salt, garlic salt or cajun seasoning
In bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Form into patties and fry in oiled skillet.
Mom's Homemade Coleslaw
1/2 head cabbage, core removed, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise (Duke's, Kraft, etc.)
1 packet sweet-n-low (or to taste) (1 pkt. is equal to 2 tsp. sugar)
2 tbsp. water, milk, or evaporated milk
In bowl combine mayonnaise, sweet-n-low and water. Mix well. Pour over cabbage and carrot in large bowl. Mix well and chill.
SQUASH CASSEROLE
1 large onion, chopped
3 c. squash, cooked & drained well
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sour cream
salt, pepper & garlic to taste
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
TOPPING:
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauté onion in butter for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased casserole dish and top by melting 1/2 c. butter and mixing with 2 c. crushed crackers. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
