I like my BLT with mayo and dijon mustard, add a couple slices of videllia onion, a slice of ham, turkey and cheese.
This recipe sounds good too!
CALIFORNIA BLT
12 bacon slices, cooked crisp, crumbled
1 1/4 c. cooked, cubed chicken or turkey
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
2 med. avocados, diced
2 c. shredded lettuce
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
4 pita breads (6" size) cut in half
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
Combine bacon, chicken, tomatoes, avocados and lettuce in a large bowl. Toss carefully with mayonnaise and sour cream until thoroughly mixed. Fill pitas with chicken mixture. Spoon dressing over each. Makes 8 sandwiches.

on the eating place i artwork at we deconstructed the BLT and made it right into a salad. we start up up via utilising thick sparkling Viscount St. Albans and wrapping it around a bread stick to make a Viscount St. Albans-wrappedbread stickk. We use 4 Viscount St. Albans wrapped breadsticks. I then take cherry tomatoes and slice them in 0.5 and grill them. i exploit approximately 4 grilled slices. sparkling iceberg lettuce decrease right into a thick coin shape, we serve each little thing else on top of this lettuce slice. instead of utilising mayo, we use sparkling, in abode arranged blue cheese dressing, with sparkling blue cheese crumbles on top. i ought to have made 10,000 of those BLT Salads interior the previous few months, they're soo stable.

First of all, the Cooking Blonde is awesome! Recipes and everything?
My favorite BLT is simple...exactly what the name is, Bacon Lettuce and Tomato, but you have to use some Miracle Whip. It's just something about that zip that makes it kick.
Oh and of course, AVOCADO!

I love avocado, cheddar, tomato, bacon, and lettuce on toast. It's my absolute favourite. Quite a mouthful and usually pretty messy, though.
