I saw this recipie online about a week ago for miniature cupcake liners filled with jello and a cube of pound cake. I would love to make it for Thanksgiving but can't find it again. Please help!!

LEMON JELLO POUND CAKE

1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs
2/3 c. corn oil
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Mix. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of orange
1/3 c. sugar

Dissolve and pour over cake.

im thinking just let your jello set up halfway in the cups and then add the pound cake cubes. or maybe put a layer of jello in a cup and add another cup (put something weighted in there) so it makes a shell and let it set up. add the pound cake when it set and then add more jello?? i dont know i tried to find one and couldnt...sorry hope it works
