okay, so say you won a years supply of free pudding. (lucky me) you can't just let it spoil. so what would you do with it? well, one idea i had was to take it to work but also take a small container w/ cereal, granola or fruit and add it to the pudding as a snack. any other ideas for pudding??

I'm new to cooking & I love fried rice Chinese style, I have tried so many times to cook this dish, some how I end up with a porridge like mix! It never tastes like the authentic Chinese I buy from the take away. (When I can afford it.)

I want to try to stay away from the usual, like peanut butter cookies, peanut butter pie....
Any candy, cookie, pie, or cake made with peanuts, peanut butter, peanut oil is acceptable.

I bring the cold what to a boil with the eggs in it, and then cover them and let them sit for about 20 mins. Then rinse with cold water until they are cool. Sometimes they peel just fine and other times they break up and the shell just won't come off. Any ideas on this problem would be appreciated.
