This is easy and awesome!

1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese (at room temp)
1 package of Taco Seasoning
1 large container of sour cream (2 cups)
1 to 1 1/2 cups of Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Tex-Mex are good)
2 green onions (chopped)
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
1/2 red pepper (chopped)

Mix the cream cheese, taco seasoning and sour cream with electric mixer until well mixed and smooth.

Pour the mixture in a large plastic container or glass baking dish.

Sprinkle the mixture with the shredded cheese and finish with green onions and peppers.

Serve with chips and a side of salsa!

It is not really a dip, but we eat it dipping tortilla chips.

ingredients

1 lb ground beef ( brown it in big pot)
add
1 pack of taco seasoning
2 cans of regular diced tomato's
1 can tomato's with peppers
1 can whole kernal corn
1 can navy beans (or great northern)
1 can black beans
1 Can of chili beans
1 can of red kidney beans

simmer all in pot.

You can serve topped of with cheese and chives (green onions)
use tortilla chips as spoon or use as crackers.

It is VERY GOOD

1 envelope your favorite taco seasoning
16 oz carton sour cream

Combine and refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors.

You can use this and layer it with guacamole, bean dip, cheese and salsa, topped with fresh chopped green onions. Makes a nice layered taco dip.

Oh, if I can only find it... Sorry, I tried, but I'll describe it and you could search it up. You use one of those round shallow foil pans, and it's a layered thing with cream cheese and mayonnaise or sour cream mixed with seasoning, spread with salsa and topped with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and whatever. If you can find that (shouldn't be too hard) it's really easy to make.

1 POUND GROUND BEEF
1 POUND SAUSAGE
1 LARGE BLOCK VELVEETA CHEESE CUT INTO SMALL CUBES
1 LARGE JAR OF SALSA

Put chunks of Velveeta and salsa into a crock pot to let the cheese start melting.

Brown ground beef and sausage until thoroughly done. When finished, combine with the ingredients in the crock pot and stir well.

If you like it a little hotter, use hot sausage or Mexican Velveeta.
