There are pudding cake recipes, there are desserts with pudding in them.
I love to layer pudding, sponge or angel cake, fruit and pudding topped with whip cream in a parfait glass. Cream puffs filled with pudding. Granola atop of pudding. Go crazy, girl!

Wow, did you seriously win a life time supply of pudding? Rock on :)
You could use it as cake filling, maybe. There are special cooking utilities that let you do that pretty easily. I've seen commericals! I don't know, that's just one idea :P
You could also.. give it to neighbors?

Pipe the pudding right into a lengthy, slender champagne glass with a pastry bag and accurate it with whip cream. an option determination might want to be to positioned a touch chocolate syrup in the bottom of the glass and tip it so as that it varieties a leaf trend contained in the glass. you are able to shop turning the glass and tipping to variety about 4 of those leaf kinds. you are able to also position chocolate shavings on accurate of the whipped cream for a garnish.

Try baking with it. I've often heard that adding pudding to baked goods insures a moist product, which will also help it freeze better. I.E. Brownies, cakes, cookies...

Things that go with pudding:
Bananas
Raisins
Rice
You can also make 'parfaits' - in a nice glass, alternate layers of berries (or bananas) and pudding.
