Are you anorexic? How long has it been sense you've eaten? Start slow, eat only two or three bites of everything on your plate for a couple of days then eat 5 bites of everything for a couple of days, slowly work yourself up to a full plate of food.Don't eat spicy foods but rather things like mashed potatoes, applesauce, cottage cheese, chicken salad, tuna salad.
