I know to remove the seeds. I baked them in the oven, but I need a good recipie for pumpkin pie for the rest of the insides. Any ideas? I will also be willing to try cheese cake, mouse, tarts, etc. THank you.

We used to do them all the time when my kids were little and I can't remember how I made them. I know that I did them in the oven.

I just made cookies and they came out a little crumbly sort of like shortbread taste. I know you can over-flour cookies but did I add too much butter then? What makes shortbread cookies taste different anyway? What should I do? They are peanut butter cookies. Thanks for your suggestions.

I dont know how to make a turkey this is going to be my first year of cooking thanksgiving dinner. how long do you cook it for, and on what? I know how to bast it i've done that for my mom plenty of times. and do you cut it against the grain or on the grain? Also how do you stuff it with stuffing?
