My hubby and I have been married 3yrs. We have a daughter who just turned 1 this fall. We have busy schedules, I work parttime as a nurse, and stay with our daughter (per his request) and he works a day job that keeps him gone 10hrs a day mon-fri and then works in the evenings/weekends as a firefighter/paramedic. Things have been rocky, not much going on with action in the bedroom, he always says he's tired. I understand and respect that, but so am I. He told me he's "too preoccupied in his head with work & things" to be intimate. Then he tells me that he wouldnt blame me if I found someone else it would only be his fault for not being around.
WHY WOULD A MAN SAY THAT TO HIS WIFE????
I'm confused, does he want me to? Does he want me to and then have a biblical way out of our marriage? Does he just NOT want me that bad? Does he have something else going on? ANY help/advice is appreciated. Husbands/Wives, bring it on..I'm clueless. Other's say he's not himself, but he wont talk to me

My wife and i agreed upon of terminating our marriage, as it is not working out at all. but we have a son, and we don't want any expensive lawyer's fees and a long hearing. we also agreed upon and will be talking about "who gets what? and how?", so i think we're gonna filing for an uncontested divorce.
I have supported her since 2003, she was taking home schooling and i was wokring 2 jobs so i could support her. this is very complex, so cut things short, last she was working but got layed off and she wanted to go back to school, and until now i am still working two jobs to suspport everything, and she's complaining, about me not doing anything at home, not helping out with laundyr and stuff, not cleaning the house and everything...but i cooked for them for a week after i get home around midnight. and sometimes when i'm at home i do some laundry too, i don't even have time for myself anymore, i don't go out with my friends, infact i don't have a social life, and when it come to her....

Since divorces are sooooo expensive, we were wondering if anyone knew of a site that offers guidelines to type and file your own, Our court house offers a pamplet but it is hard to follow and proved to be useless.I know there are lots of web sites and some may be bogus. i just thought someone might have had this experience.

here is the situation, we stop dating 2 months ago, the reason we stop dating is that she's dealing with emotional problems due to her last relationship of 8 years in which her x confess that he cheated on her the whole entire time. in which she's not ready for anything serious. so we stop but 2 weeks ago, we bump into each other and sparks reignited, we hung out the entire week and weekend, then into last week she became cold, toward the end of the week she began to ask me to hang out, we hung out this weekend so i decided to get her something for x mas, i got her something not cheap but not expensive something that she will love. so last night i went to give it to her, she said NO NO NO i cant accept this, I said don t worry about it, its just a gift, i brought everyone gifts so its not a big deal she said Yeah but i didnt get u anything (i knew this) and i told her dont worry about it later on she left me a message saying i dont know how much to thank u

what do u think about this

I've known my ex for three years and we have had our ups and downs, on again off again relationship. Every year during Xmas I buy her something and send it to her. We haven't talked in over a month and the last time I bought her an expensive gift and I didn't get a thank you, Merry Xmas nothing but of course she kept it. We started talking again and got back together and we recently broke up again. I feel that if I don't do something I'm a failure and if I do, I'm an idiot. What should I do?

My wife and I are going through a divorce and in the temp decree she was awarded the house and the property... I moved out but was still required to pay all the bills and mortgage, she doesn't pay a dime. Now I find out she doesn't even live there and has a new apartment. I'm concerned about the house and the property... especially because it's winter and we get tons of snow (the house remains unplowed after 2 - 10" storms within a week). I have a lawyer. I've told him. He's passe and trying not to make waves with the judge... but my house is unlived in.... freezing pipes, theft, etc... you can see my worry.

I am angry at my husband. I work at a restaurant on the weekends and this Saturday, I didn't get home until 2 am. When I get home, my husband's not there. I try calling him three different times and he doesn't answer. He calls me thirty minutes later, obviously after a few beers, telling me he's out with his friends. He's at someone's house just sitting around drinking. I had no idea where he was or who he was with until he called me. On top of that, he hadn't fed the dogs all day. This isn't the first time that I've come home and he's not there and I'm clueless as to where he is. Not to mention that, he's drunk. I don't mind if he spends time with his friends, but I think that he should let me know where he'll be and I think he should at least be home by 1 or 2, when I normally get home. He gets upset at me for being upset. I don't get raging mad, but I haven't really been talking to him. I'd never behave the way he does. Am I crazy?

My wife left me for about a month. During that time, she filed for divorce, and took my kid away from me. While we were togetehr we were having problems, and i think from that she truned to another guy. Im not sure if things went on, but i have a feeling they might of. After a month of problems, that is when she left. After almost getting the divorce, she decided to come back, and its been almost a month since then. The way i feel is that im afraid all the time that she will leave me again, that she really doenst love me, and the worst of it all is that she is cheating on me. Although she is around me all the time when im home, there is the times when im at work. I dont think she is, but my mind wanders about the possiblities, especailly since it was there when we were split up. I also caught her in lies a couple of times. Furthermore, everytime i bring it up, i get yelled at, she gets mad and says that i need to trust her in order to move on, and taht nothing happened...

I want to file for an uncontested divorce online. It is a mutual split, with no property or child issues since we have none. Have any of you done this? I know going to an attorney is a good idea also, but it sounds very expensive and I can't afford that now that I am alone. Any friendly advice? Thanks =)

I have a temporary hearing for divorce in a few weeks. I have read the basics. But still am a little confused. I filed for the divorce my husband has yet come to the realization that i am actually going to go through with it. my husband has been violent in the past but hasn't touched me since I filed for divorce. Anyways he doesn't have a lawyer I do. I pay for everything as my husband only worked for three days while we were married and that was two years ago. i want him out of the house, since when I come home all he does is bug me and tell me to stop the divorce. Is this something that can be accomplished normally at the temporary hearing? By the way we do have a two year old son together and my husband watches him during the day or my parents do. The other day he told my son that I wished he was never born and that i wanted to have an abortion which is so not true, my son was a planned pregnancy.

When i ask her can my daughter spend the night over my house. she says no. she says 'dont push it' when i asked to take her somewhere. then she says im being difficult and thats she gives me a hard time. and that i should be lucky to have her. I have been married for 8 years. I am 28 and my husband is 29. We have a really fun relationship that includes tons of laughing, sarcasim and wit. I love him more than the world and I know he loves me as much if not more. My problem is when we argue I often get very mean and nasty. He saids i am obsinate, and impossible to talk to when I am upset. I have been considering takeing a more submissive role in our marraige, but I dont know if I should. I do trust him with everything, but I am scared to give up control to him on any level. Do you think He would appreciate my efforts and where do I start?

To lets just wait alittle longer. and now he wont marry me. He says hes afraid now. Now I dont know what to do. He loves me and my daughters, but now he wants to end it. completly. I really need advise as im crushed. I know that my children will be very upset. and i love this man with all my heart. Does anyone have any advise. as i dont want to loose him. He doesnt think hed make a good father. wow... just telling me that now is devastating

Why do the custodial parent ALWAYS want more? I was a single mom of 4, I received (when he would pay) $205.00 per month. I never complained. I went out and got a job and took on MY RESPONSIBILITY. Yes, he helped in the making them, BUT they are MY children. Why don't women today want to get out and work and take care of their own? Why do they want the fathers to pay ungodly amounts, (they are barely left enough to live on themselves) and still cry it isn't enough? If you can't take care of your kids, then maybe you shouldn't have them. When your married having children, you should ask yourself, 'can I support this child without help?' BEFORE you decide to have children. What is up with people now? Are people really this money happy, that they stopped caring about what they are doing to the other parent? Men should pay child support, BUT IT SHOULD BE REASONABLE, not outragious.

I love my wife. We have been together for 4 years she is the mother of my youngest child ( I have 4 children with 4 different mothers). This is my last child I cannot have anymore children. My wife and I fight all the time because of her temper. she keeps saying things will get better and they haven't...I finally took all my stuff and left Its been 3 weeks now. Should I try to work things out I cannot take it anymore she always verbally abuses me and screams at me.

My wife left me for a while. She came back and we are working on things. We have been back together for only a month. The problem is that i cant seem to let go of what happened. Furthermore, i think she was interested in someone right before she left, and did stuff with this guy while we were going thru our divorce. This really affects me, but there is no concrete evidence. Anyway, i seem to dwell on how much she has hurt me just a couple of months ago. Everytime i bring it up to her she just yells at me, swears at me, and doesnt want to hear anything about it. Like my feelings dont matter, she just says im being annoying, and her heart was broken at the same time. I just feel like i want to express my feelings, so maybe she will help me thru them, but even before i can get a sentence out, she is already on defense yelling at me, tell me to block it out, move on, that i am a crazy person, and that im annoying her. Should i just move on, forget everything, or should she show compassion
