I really needs some advice.. I cant stop worrying about this.. I started to become friends with a coworker in 1999. We shared alot in common.. Our kids played together etc.. She was going thru a divorce and I was there for her.. we remained friends for several more years but I felt the only thing we had in common was that our kids were friends. our lives were on two different paths. I am married and obviously she was not anymore and she went out all the time ; which was not my way of life. she had dated several guys and each time her little boy got attached to them. anyways.. just 3 years ago--- I was having some marital problems and confided in her (my best friend right) and she told her current boy friend everything that was going on.. he came back and told my husband which created some marital problems for us.. my husband and I worked through these issues.. however then my husband didnt like her anymore. I made some bad choices in repeating information about her current affair with

I left him one year ago after 25 years of marriage.He succeded in hiding a perfec t doble life with his secretary for 15 years!!But nothing lasts for ever.He has been calling almost every day since I left.He has been spying on me to know what I´m doing for Xmas holidays.Of course I won´t tell him.I ´ve told him to let me alone as he is living with his secretary.I no longer answer his calls but sometimes I get desperate.Why can´t he accept that I need to be as happy as he is .I never annoy them.I´m 46,our children are over 20 by now.

I'd really like to know what they are?
And do they outweigh the risk of his losing 1/2 or more of his net worth?

I know it's not sex, you don't have to be married to get sex.
It's not love, you don't have to be married to be loved.
It's not security, with divorce so easy, there's no extra security in marriage.
Can't be children ,plenty of unmarried people having children.

So what? What is the benefit of marriage to a man?

Ok, I grew up in North Alabama. I have always hated living here. My family lived in Kentucky for two years when I was a teenager and I met my husband whom I married seven years later. Anyway, we moved back to Alabama when I was 16 and I have always wanted to move back to Kentucky. (My older sister got married and stayed in KY) Earlier this year (march) I moved back to KY and got married. In July we came back to Alabama for a visit and my husband wanted to stay so I agreed to a month and I made it clear I wanted to move back to KY. Well here we are still in Alabama five months later. Well the only reason I have been able to deal with living in AL is because my mother and little sister was here. Now they are moveing back to Ky and my husband still wants to stay in AL. I am really sad. My mother and little sister is the only ones that help me with my son and I know I am going to need help when my baby is born in April.
Has anyone ever been in this situation before? WHat did you do?

My wife and I have been married for 11 years. We have (3) children. She is 31 and I am 38 years old. She is a wonderful wife in every aspect, but one. Also, she is a wonderful loving mother to our children. She does desire and enjoy intimacy, kissing, hugging, romance etc.

She tells me that she is fully contented with our marriage and relationship. I told her that I still need to release my desire through masturbation, which she understands.

I'm assuming yes being that we are still technically married, but what can be done about it. We live in PA, both living separately now, divorce was filed, and if adultery is commited, how can it be proven, if so what can be done about it. We also have one child who is 1. I'm at a loss here, not quite sure where to go because all if this technicall stuff is soooo confusing! Thanks for your help!!

My boyfriend and I have been exclusive for a year now. We are in love!!!! He is definitely the one for me and I am the love of his life, and marriage is for sure in our future. But not just yet. I just found out this past weekend that he is legally married!!! I came across the papers. About 4 years ago, his mom and her really good friend came to him crying saying that her daughter couldn't go to school in America and they were going to send her back to Mexico. Well my boyfriend has known her for years and she is practically family and he felt bad. So they made an agreement to marry so she can become legal and then divorce. When finding all of this out and having him explain this to me, I wasn't quite sure how to take it or how to feel. He told me that no one knows about it except for them, and he was going to talk to his mom about telling me, because it was important for me to know. So how would you feel about something like this? How would you react? I am really confused.. Help.

ok so here's the deal...i LOVE my husband don't get me wrong but i'm seriously getting tired of feeling like i'm just a shadow in his life...i talk to him about my day or even ask him something and he completely ignores me..if something makes him mad..even something small like him having a cold, he takes it out on me...when we run into guys he works with he ignores me, won't introduce me or anything...he acts like a total jerk to people i work with but if i went into his job and treated people the way he does that would be a huge fight...like tonight it's his companies christmas party and where am i at? at home because that means i would have meet people and their families...a mutual friend came into today where i work and noticed i've lost weight and commented about it..i don't even get a compliment from my husband... i swear i feel like myself and my kids are some deep hidden secret he doesn't want anyone to know about...i don't know what to do...

im in love with my boyfriend of 6yrs. we have a 5 yr old daughter. he is my world for so many reasons. too many for me to name. but on the surface neither one of us is perfect. he has been in prison(twice), been with numerous women, has at least 6 possible kids from 4 different women, he has cheated repeatedly and barely knew the meaning of being "committed", has a long criminal history(none of it violent, well one was but it was justified). he also has never held a legal job. but he has grown and changed and is now a great man and a loving father. i have also cheated many times (including w/ his cousin), ive been with many guys,had a paternity issue w/ him regarding our daughter. ive also done many questionable things to him and have had issues being faithful. most people dont support us. our parents say "go for it". our friends and other family think we're both crazy. we are in love and want to be married. our pasts are just that and we've changed. what should we do?

Lately i have been having some marrital problems and I think some of them are because I have unrelistic expections of my husband. I have no loving family so I rely a lot on him. I have put all my focus and attention on my husband and my son. I am a great wife and a wonderful mother but other then that I know nothing about myself. my fiance and i are 18, my fiance is finishing his last year in high school. we are currently living with his parents and they keep fighting with us over really stupid stuff and its getting out of hand and my parents wont take me back, but we had a plan on getting a house with fiance's brother and gf and they agreed to paying half of everything but we just got a phone call saying that they just broke up and he's moving back in here. i don't want to be here any longer, plz get me some advise, i moved form or to pa and i feel so bad for doing it and my own family wont take me back, but i do love my fiance and i want to be with him for the rest of my life but how are we suppost to be happy when ppl keep making this very hard for us. but i can talk forever about this but just plz give some advise if you have any and plz dont be rude or nasty thanks. ?

my dad says health class is not a good idea becuase kids get curious and then go and do drugs and sex and alcohol. i think (and my step mom agrees) that even though how disturbing it may be and innoing you know the facts and you dont get curiose easier.

I met guy 1st yr in college 4 yrs ago. I like him a lot &he says he likes me. I found out he is on &off wit his gf tho. I was already attached b4 I found about the on/off gf. We said we would be just friend but he know how I feel. We dont have sex but mess around . I'm tired of waiting.
