if marriage is your goal, then you will have to move on to achieve it.

why won't the one you love commit to marriage? are there boundaries that are too big for them to cross? for some marrying outside of their race is a major boundary. another obstacle is class. would your significant other marry up or down if he were to wed you?

what was his homelife like? if he lived in an abusive home, he might not want to repeat that. or maybe he has an idea of what the "wife" should represent. you might fall short of that expectation.

If Marriage is something YOU want, and the Other One Doesn't, You Move On. You need to be Happy before you can Make anyone elsse Happy. It's Nice if you are Both on the Same page of the Same Book !!! Find You someone Who Also Sees Marriage in Their Future !! Good Luck!!!

I would simply ask for what I want. That's it. f the person is not ready, I'll give them a time frame,,,if still the person can't meet the time frame, obviously we are not on the same page therefore I will doubt our future tighter. Life is too short to just settle with what we can get, when the potential is there to get what we want!

I would stay in love and stay happy because once you both say "I do" your loving relationship will be destroyed. Why don't you do yourself a favor and be honest and look at all the marriages around you!??!?! Are you kidding?!?!? Marriage is a nightmare. If you are in love why would you want to change it?!?!? If you want the truth email me I don't lie.

If you want marriage and the other one doesn't, then you're spinning your wheels and going no where. If you're okay with staying in a "dating" type relaionship then stay but if you want more and they don't then do what's right for you.
