My husband (soon to be ex)
is deployed in Iraq.
He doesnt want me around when he comes back.

We have a daughter together.
We been married for 7 years

Hes trying to toss me to the curb.

Everyone said go to the chaplain.
But the chaplain just told me to go to legal.
He didnt say anything else.

What was the chaplain suppose to tell me that everyone kept repeating?

i told him i wasnt to try therapy, but he still told me to go to legal.

It really was a waste of time talking to that chaplain.
Was he just a bad chapalin or is that what everyone wanted me to hear, when they all said go talk to the chaplain???

what else could he have done?

My cousin sister was beaten by her husband very harshly before their nine year old son.This happened in oct 2005.FIR(498A) was registered in dec 2005.Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act 2005 came into force after this date .Can Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act 2005 be applicable for this ?

What are family and friends usually concerned about the most : the woman's age and being older, or the amount of kids that she has...??
If a younger guy is dating an older woman in her 30's, wouldn't it be an assumption to everyone that she probably has children ??
my younger boyfriend thinks his family and friends will be more focused on me having kids, and not even care about my age......

I got pregnant and we got married ( I was 22 and he was 23). I moved from North CA to South CA where he live with his family. He told me "you'll take my mom's place is this house and she can rest." His parents still young and his younger sister not even wash her own dishes. He listened watever his mom said. She told him not to spoil me and not forget her because she brought him to this world. I was depressed how he ignored my needs. My pregnant sickness was so bad and he told me I was lying because his mom told him she was fine with her 2 pregnancies. He bought the mobile home, gave my father in law his car, gave his sister money for shopping, bought her expensive gifts but I got nothing from him. I was patient for my daughter's sake. 6 mons ago I've had enough and I moved back to my mom and of course he didn't come with us, "My parents told me they'll disown me if I follow u." he said.

My friend is having peculier problem.. he came to me..needs my opinion.. problem is that he is having love with another girl. she is smart, intelligent and looks nice. my friend says..though she is having all good qualities.. she says that she won't bathe daily and only 4 or 5 times a month..that too one bucket of soft hot water..but, regularly she is having face wash.. whereas .. my friend says he is regularly taking bathe, but only washing his fact while taking bathe.. and asked me to give suggestion not to forget her or her love. he asks me to give idea to make to take bathe daily.. i'm totally confused. if he says face to face to take bathe..she can say that it is her personnel matter...my friend is in delecate position.. he wants to marry her and she is also interested in marriage. please give suggesion.. and that should be acceptable by her.. will you?

My bf and I have been dating for quite a while, and we are serious about marriage. We want to do it and are planning on it, but we aren't yet engaged. I was just wondering what could I possibly do to prepare even more for it?

We don't want to cohabitate first, because of personal reasons. Some other info is that we've been in a LDR since day one, since we met online 5 years ago.

Has anyone else had a similar situation? Maybe not the meeting online part, but just getting married in a long distance situation? we are wondering about where to have the wedding, where to live, etc. Thanks.

I got myself some situation with my soon-to-be-ex husbant. When he says he'll do something, he actually doesn't. (Document-related, for example). Why not say "No, do it yourself, I don't care" or just "No" or just "Go away". He was passive agressive before, like he'd be unhappy abt something and it was my job to figure out why. But now it is more than annoying. It actually gets in a way of doing things. No, I don't think it is his way of wanting to reconcile. He says and shows it every time that he doesn't want to. He already got another chick (I don't care anymore). But how to work around the passive agressive part without getting furious? Or how to recognize it when it's coming?

Been notic'g my wife carry on cell phone conversation in odd time and places to the same person. They do have business dealings together and he is a flirt. Our marriage is having problem and I confronted earlier on another discoveries of a potential dream affair. She said I love you but not in-love w/ you. Seem like she willing to try to work on our marriage one more time but something still don't feel right. Her calling to this guy is alway at a wrong time frame. Like in the middle of my family's xmas dinner. In a dressing room in a dept store, etc.. This guy wanted her and flirt w/ her quite often. And within this weak period of time, he could create problems. Should I confront her why she is calling this guy so often and address my concerns? Just keep my mouth shut and trust her she will do the right thing? She told me to give her space and time. Am I foolish to believe it? I am so confuse!!! Should I just move on? We have 2 kids and seem like that's the bond.

I don't know how to just say it so...well I'm barely 20 and my husband is 24. we have now been married for 2 yrs and I feel as if I missed out on a lot. Don't get me wrong I love him dearly but I just wish things were a little different. He spends all his time working and right now I am unemployed so I am alone all day cuz he goes to work at 7am and gets out till 10-1030pm. There hasn't been any attraction in the bedroom in a while no matter what I do! No matter the sexyclothes or anything! He is really attached to his mom so on his days off his mom tags along everywhere we go. When he works she knows his break hours and the time he gets out and is either at the door of our house or on the phone calling him as he is walking in! Sometimes I feel *** if I just need to get away but I can't. I feel as if I took on 2 much reponsibility at such a young age and I need to break loose! Okay this is a long story, bear with me please! your opinion would be very much appreciated.
About two years ago my sister had told me that when she was babysitting my husband had come home drunk with a friend of his and asked her to su#k his d@ck. I had talked to him about it and we fought for a while about it he denied it. Then he wanted to get her involved in the conversation, but she was scared. Later in the week she had said that she lied about it, so i decided to let it slide because i knew somhow the truth would come out. So I brought it up to my sister the other week and she was scared of her new boyfriend finding out. I asked her why and she said because he woulnt trust her if he found out that she s#cked his d@ck! and then quickly changed it and the look in her eye was shocked Maybe that she had given it away?? M married w/kids. My husband Was unfaithful when I was pregnant w our 3rd child which lasted1 yr. It broke my heart w/I found out. I didn't want to just give up on my fam so I decided to try & work through it. it's been 4 yrs since all this happened.Things have not been the same since & I feel that we are drifting apart. My husband isn't meeting my needs & when I try to talk to him he suggest that we take time out for US but that never really happens. We'll do something once & that's it. Now, I find myself attracted to someone else. I think this person feels the same way but neither of us have done anything about it or said anything to the other. I don't want to follow through on my feelings he's also married. I think about this person all day & I'm afraid that something will happen. I try to stay away but this person is involved with my fam through 1of my kids. He's everything my husband used to be. I don't know what 2 do? I don't want to hurt anyone like my husband did me. SOS

My wife and I just had a heated argument. She says she is going to file a police report tomorrow. I did not hurt her or threaten her. We yelled, got close and yelled. She hit me in the face six times. She spit in my face. I spit back. That's when she said she was calling the police.

My spitting back was wrong, and pulling the phone from her hand to try to reason with her was wrong. But in no way did I plan to scare or hurt her. I never have and couldn't imagine doing anything like that.

I am concerned on two parts:
1) Her filing a report - how does this affect my record? Is it public? CAN EMPLOYERS SEE IT?
2) She hit me in the face. That's HER abusing me. I am not worried about being harmed but ****, that's not exactly love.

Any legal advice?

I have been with my husband for 6 years. We have had our ups and downs and everything in between. As of the past year we have really struggled to keep our marriage together. Things look good and then they go bad. Lately he has been staying out either all night or late into the morning. Sometimes he just leave and other he sneaks out. He even went as far as putting clothes in his car b4 i got home. He is a pretty laid back type of guy so that and all the dressing up has been strange. Anyway he is a great guy and provides for me and our family but something isnt right. The staying out and not answering the phone makes me think he is up to something. If he wants to be with someone else it would hurt but its better to get it out than have an affair. I love him but whats the use of all the heartache and pain. Someone please help.....

Alright so I am a 19 y/o guy and I would never let a woman control anything about me I do what ever I want. But I have a few friends and see it all the time. I don't get it do they not have balls or something to me guys that are whipped like that arn't men but little boys. Some guys might as well be dogs, cuz it looks just like they r when there whipped like that anyways. we are thinking about gettin married though we're in our 2nd year of college. though we go to 2 different universties they are only 30minutes away and if we got in apartment in the middle it would only be a 15min drive to either of them. my parents want us to wait and his parents really don't care. we both want to, and even if our parents did not pay for it we could afford a humble wedding. is it okay to get married now? we've known eachother since our senior year in highschool and are very much in love. could it work?

She had been recieving and sending an abnormal ammount of text messages. She assured me and swore to me that it was just a friend from work. I checked her phone and she had him hidden under a girls name. I called the number and he told me that she had told him they met online and that she was single.
