If this person was 100% sure of the paternity, she would not hesitate about the DNA test. . .She is not sure herself and she don't want to be made an idiot. But...by her refusing the test, she is already saying that she is not sure, he is the one. I don't think to highly of people that go from man to man and get pregnant and don't even know who the father is, Then its my tax dollars that has to support her and the children. I am so sick of the fact that girl spread those legs and bring innocent children here for the me and my government to support. You know good and well she don't know who the father is, because if she did she would consent to the DNA.

It means the paternity test would show who the real father is and since she says she is convinced her lover is the father by refusing to take a DNA test indicates a fear about the real truth of the matter.

You're stuck. There's no other way to know 100% sure who the fahter is without a DNA test. Maybe she has her own reasons for knowing who's the father but just doesn't want to share them. If you really need to know who the father is you either talk the girl into taking the test or take her word for it.

Well, in order to get child support for the child, paternity must be firmly established. Otherwise, he does not have to pay anything. If I were the lover, I would not do squat for the baby until it's proven that he is the real father. I think she is afraid that the lover is not the child's father either and doesn't want to face up to it.

Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, Only reason a woman would ever under any circumstances refuse a dna test is that she is not sure who the father is and its better for her to stand there and tell you its yours your gonna pay verses, dna lets prove it and go from there. Then she would have to go thru a mental mind game of ok, who else have I slept with,, etc etc, so not only for her piece of mind, but for her sanity she is refusing

it could be for many reasons. Maybe she knows the guy that is getting the test isn't the father, so that is only goin to make her look worse. which would be my number 1 guess.....
or it could be that she doens't think she needs to explain herself, (even tho it does concern others) which is another excuse. It would be different if her husband was the father like he was supposed to be, but thats obviously not the case.

Sorry to pay attention that. the reality which you're married to her makes you without delay the father. You reported you purely observed the toddler on the nursery and left so I understand that she registered the toddler via herself. in view that she is married to you they do no longer require your presence there. in case you have doubts you have each and every of the splendid to request a paternity try. you're able to request it legally , she won't be able to refuse a court ordered try. yet another element, be waiting , purely in case it comes as much as be yours. don't sense responsible ... you have each and every of the splendid to be attentive to if the toddler is yours or no longer. good luck :)

theres only 1 reason, and thats because she doesn't know who the father is for sure. He can get it court ordered for her to take the test.

well the obvious is that he is not the father and she knows it but wants to hide it.....DUH!,,,if she is all of a sudden 100% positive it's his then she should take the test and if it does come out his then she should leave him for not trusting her, but if she is a know w ho re then well the proof is in the pudding!
