You need to get her to a doctor and QUICK! I've been there. The mood swings are frightening. That and the cheating will soon follow. You need to get her help and in a hurry.

It can be tough living with a bipolar person. In order to deal with it you need to understand the condition and do your research. Read up on it. Many websites are available that offer tons upon tons of information. Just remember patience is a virtue, and if you really truly love her you will deal with it in anyway possible.

I have bipolar and it has been very difficult on my relationships. The thing I most appreciated was patience from them. Sometimes I would cry and he would sit with me in silence.

Suggest she gets counseling. It helps to have them to talk to so she doesn't have to take everything out on you.

Take her to a doctor. This can be controlled with medication.

Educating yourself... learn about this disorder and make sure she is going to therapy and having her meds... Be there for her... that would be enough!
