I think it is normal for husbands to like you younger sister. As long as it does not go beyond limit it is perfectly ok. Maybe you should have a talk with you husband and remind him of the ground rules and you can do the same with your sister.
I should also tell you that suspicion is a very bad disease and almost incurable!! Trusting is very important. Yes you may loos by trusting but its better than be suspicious all the time!! Much more healthy and you will be much more happier!!

I think this is rather normal. However, is it just a crush he has, like he thinks she's cute, or is it that he's in love with her? If it's just a crush, I don't think you have much to worry about. You would just have to be up front with him that you will not tolerate any time alone between the two of them and you will not be happy if he were to flirt with her in front of your face OR talk about her in your presence. Accept it as a crush and just try to move on as best you can.
