Ok, I grew up in North Alabama. I have always hated living here. My family lived in Kentucky for two years when I was a teenager and I met my husband whom I married seven years later. Anyway, we moved back to Alabama when I was 16 and I have always wanted to move back to Kentucky. (My older sister got married and stayed in KY) Earlier this year (march) I moved back to KY and got married. In July we came back to Alabama for a visit and my husband wanted to stay so I agreed to a month and I made it clear I wanted to move back to KY. Well here we are still in Alabama five months later. Well the only reason I have been able to deal with living in AL is because my mother and little sister was here. Now they are moveing back to Ky and my husband still wants to stay in AL. I am really sad. My mother and little sister is the only ones that help me with my son and I know I am going to need help when my baby is born in April.
Has anyone ever been in this situation before? WHat did you do?

I hate living here and I want to move back to KY but my husband doesn't like KY and wants to live in AL. How can I convince him to move back to KY or should I just live where he wants to and be a loving wife?

Try being a grown up and make grown up decisions for yourself.

Grown ups do not act on things simply because they "hate them." That's what children do.

Good luck.

Move back without him-if he follows great-if he doesn't then he wasn't much of a husband in the first place

bribe him. comprimise.. Tell him you are simply unhappy. If he does not care about your happiness then he is simply not the one for you. Tell him you are going to need much support when that little baby is born.. Hopefully he will understand.

You both should have a say of where you live. Talk to him and tell him how unhappy you are.
